Community Guidelines

Primary° is a place to collect and share what you love. These guidelines keep it that way. They apply to everything on Primary°: posts, comments, profiles, collections and direct messages.

What isn’t allowed

Transparency labels and 18+ content

If you were paid or gifted something, are promoting your own brand, are endorsing a product, or used AI to make a post, turn on the matching label: Incentivized, Endorsement, Brand, Gifted, AI generated.

When a post is reported for a missing label, we’ll ask its author to add it. You have 24 hours to add the label or appeal. If you don’t respond, the post is hidden and sent to our team for review. If you appeal and our team disagrees, you’ll get a strike.

The same goes for mature content: mark posts that aren’t suitable for people under 18 as 18+. If a post is reported as missing the 18+ mark, we’ll ask its author to add it within 24 hours or appeal. If there’s no response, the post is hidden and sent for review. If you appeal and our team disagrees, we’ll mark the post 18+ for you. There’s no strike for this.

Reporting

Use the ⋯ menu on a post, comment, profile, collection or conversation and choose Report. The person you report isn’t told who reported them. We’ll let you know once your report has been reviewed.

Strikes

Breaking these guidelines can lead to content being removed, a warning, or a strike on your account. Serious violations give a strike that never expires. Other strikes expire after 90 days. Strikes count across every profile on your account.

Suspensions

3 active strikes suspend your account for 30 days. We may also suspend an account directly, for 7 days, 30 days or permanently. While your account is suspended you can still browse, but you can’t post, comment, message, follow or report.

Appeals

If you think we got it wrong, you can appeal any removal, warning, strike or suspension once. If your appeal is upheld, the strike is cleared, removed content is restored and any suspension is lifted.
